How Loop is put together — people, app, Convex, Slack

Loop is an internal process-compliance tool. A manager sends a correction or a recognition against a process. Slack delivers a DM. The employee opens /reminder/[id]. Corrections need acknowledgement. Recognitions do not.

The running app is TanStack Start + Convex, not the Next.js starter the original brief mentioned.
